The closest parking to the Glickman Center is the San Jacinto garage (SJG). It is about a tenth of a mile away. Entrances are located on both Trinity St. and San Jacinto Blvd., and the rate is currently $15 per day. Another option is the Brazos garage (BRG). It is about three tenths of a mile away. The entrance is on Brazos St. and the rate is currently $15 per day. Dobie Mall garage (the entrance is located on Whitis Ave.) is about the same distance and the rate is currently $12 per day. The least expensive option is the University Co-Op garage (currently $8 per day; entrance is on San Antonio St.), which is about half a mile from the Glickman Center.

Dining Nearby
Austin is a “foodie” town, and there are many good restaurants, with good prices, too. Here are just a few suggestions in all price ranges and for all tastes that are within walking distance or a short cab ride from your hotel.

In addition, gourmet food trailers and carts are very popular in Austin and there are hundreds spread all over the area. Here is a map at shows some of them.
